Complaints and returns
If for any reason you decide to refuse and return the goods, you have a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Pay attention that we can only accept goods that haven’t been used and the original packaging is intact. In case of damage, we will not be able to refund you the full cost of the goods. Items that are returned will be sent at the customer's expense. Once we have received the goods and inspected them, we will refund your money within 30 days.
There may be cases where goods are damaged during transportation or goods have a manufacturing defect. Contact us email@example.com and we will definitely resolve this.
