Payment and delivery terms
When you place an
order in our Knack Hands shop, you can choose the payment and delivery option.
Delivery
Once the
order has been placed and paid for in our online store, it is automatically
forwarded to a warehouse for assembly and dispatch, so be sure you’ve provided us
with a correct delivery address, as well as with your e-mail address. We need
the e-mail address to send you a confirmation of your order receipt, and also
to inform you of the package dispatch.
We offer free delivery on all 699 SEK order or more.
If it is less than 699 SEK order, you will have to
pay the delivery cost 49 SEK.
The delivery time
depends on the region and the day of placing the order and can vary from 2 to 5
days (if the order is placed out of hours, we will start processing it on the
next working day).
The delivery time will
be specified in the order confirmation which will be sent by email.
Payment
It is easy and
convenient to order from our online shop. We offer several payment options and
you can choose the most suitable one for you.
The payment options
with Klarna can be either an invoice with deferred payment or payment by card
at the time of ordering.
You can also pay for
your order using SWISH.
Uncollected packages
If a package hasn't been collected at the post office and returned to
our warehouse, we charge a fee for the reverse dispatch and order handling. The
fee for uncollected packages is 200 SEK.
