As soon as you place an order in our online store, it is automatically forwarded to our warehouse for processing. Make sure to provide a correct shipping address and email — your order confirmation and shipping details will be sent there.
We offer free shipping for orders over 499 SEK. For orders below that amount, shipping costs will depend on the selected delivery method and are shown during checkout.
You have the right to return your item starting from the order date, up to 14 days after you receive it.
Please note: we can only accept returns if the item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. We cannot offer a full refund for damaged or opened items.

Returns are made at the customer's expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund you within 30 days.
